We are currently looking to hire an experienced Thai Senior Chef de Partie who has a background in Thai cuisine for our unique hotel and restaurant in Beaconsfield.
We are seeking a Thai Senior Chef de Partie with a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences. As part of our award-winning team, our Chef de Partie will be serving up to 100 covers daily. Our seasonal menus celebrate exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and local produce.

Our Thai Senior Chef de Partie Requirements:
* As Senior Chef de Partie you must have at least 3 years’ experience cooking Thai cuisine.
* A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Right to work in the UK.
