What you will do As a Junior CAD Engineer at Vishay, you will join a successful team that form the heart of our business. You will be developed and trained to become responsible for the layout of the keep-out zone and alignment marks of our designs using various CAD programs, that together with the die design create the reticle and mask designs. You will interface with production so that you understand the needs of the fab, in particular the photo area into which the reticles and masks feed. This role is a hands-on position and as you mature, will mean being involved with the design teams and offering advice to customers on future designs and pointing out possible flaws that could impact on product design and productionisation. This role is open to a person looking to learn and progress within Vishay. This position is ideal for someone looking to build on their existing skillset and with a desire to progress within a large high performing company.
