These roles cover primary, secondary and colleges and to qualify for any of these job opportunities it is essential that you have previous experience of working within special education needs/disability.

Your duties as a HTLA:
* Able to supply satisfactory references with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
* You will hold a fully enhanced DBS.
* You will need to demonstrate your ability of working on 1:1
* Small groups and have experience of challenging behavior and hold NVQ Level 2

The SEND HTLA will be positive, flexible, and patient. You will be committed to helping every student to achieve their potential. You will also work with groups of children under the supervision of the teacher including the delivery of therapy and programmed of work and the implementation of ILP’s. Ideally you will have a HTLA qualification (desirable) and full driving license (desirable)
