Purpose of the Role
Are you passionate about turning data into action? This role is all about empowering our operations team with the insights they need to perform at their best. You’ll play a key part in identifying performance gaps, uncovering root causes, and guiding teams toward the right solutions.
You’ll also partner with our Continuous Improvement Team, bringing energy and engagement to initiatives like Prepared for Excellence. Plus, you’ll take the lead in managing critical shop floor systems—from data capture to labour forecasting—helping drive efficiency across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of performance improvement, data analysis, and team enablement. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
1. Gather & analyze data to unlock insights into our processes, ways of working, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Create impactful reports using both manual and automated data collection methods—reports that drive timely, informed business decisions.
3. Own our shopfloor data capture system, ensuring it’s accurate, current, and truly useful to the people who need it.
4. Lead key continuous improvement projects, from concept to delivery.
5. Engage teams across the business to bring Prepared for Excellence initiatives to life.
6. Manage standard setting and processes, making sure they’re consistently applied across shifts.
7. Maintain login access for machinery—keeping our engineers, leaders, and operators connected and secure.
8. Forecast agency labour requirements by analyzing planning data—then work with providers to meet upcoming demand and inform KPIs.
9. Support the operations team in problem-solving, using data-driven insights to guide smart decision-making.
10. Boost internal communication, ensuring colleagues stay informed and aligned.
11. Step into a Process Support role when needed, helping keep manufacturing running smoothly.
What you’ll have
Qualifications
* Lean Six Sigma yellow belt
* Root Cause Analysis Training

Knowledge & experiences
* Working in produce/prepared/chilled foods
* Use of Microsoft Office tools – Excel (pivot tables and charts), Power Point presentations
* Production processes
* Continuous Improvements – process mapping, problem solving, waste reduction, workplace organization, changeover optimisation
