Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering compelling and engaging content for our CRM channels, with a strong focus on test and learn and optimisation of activity. Key Responsibilities Planning and execution of email campaigns - including the build, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns. Be an internal champion for CRM and getting closer to the consumer, providing knowledge sharing and training to others. Lead on team workshops to educate, engage and drive ideas into action. Analyse the reporting of email campaigns, comparing performance against targets and using insight to support and influence the development of future optimisation. Key Skills & Experience Required A clear understanding of CRM principles and marketing channels Essential prior experience in Marketing and e-mail Marketing Experience within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Proven ability to work Cross functionally and collaboratively. Confident communicator with the ability to work with people at all levels.
