About the role: We are seeking a Power Platform Developer who is enthusiastic about professional development and skilled in creating innovative applications with Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will possess practical technical experience and a genuine passion for Microsoft products and the Power Platform. Here’s what the role looks like: Participate in the design, development, implementation and support of Power Platform Solutions on a tactical or project basis for clients Develop integrated applications and innovative, intuitive solutions to automate and enhance business processes using Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365 Work collaboratively with colleagues to build knowledge, experience, and understanding of new and existing solutions as a team Deploy tools, processes and metrics to aid the development and performance management of future solutions Engage stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architect solutions, and execute on deliverables Requirements Ideally you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the following key fundamentals coupled with a desire to build a career in the Microsoft solutions sphere. As a Power Platform Developer you should: Be an expert in Power Platform, including Power Apps (both model driven apps and canvas apps), Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse Have a proven ability to create professional Power Apps for business users with attractive interfaces, associated views, forms, business rules, relationships and process flows, and be able to incorporate user authentication, data validation and visualisation. Have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development and testing Have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and component/supporting technologies including SharePoint, Forms, Teams Have experience of integrating Power Apps solutions with Microsoft products, APIs or third-party solutions Have experience of building proof of concept and demos Have excellent communication skills Have a passion for technology and a desire to learn The ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing roles.
