Our client seeks a Finance Officer / Bookkeeper to assist their team on a minimum contract of 4-months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain financial records and completion of financial reports.
* Completion of management accounts and analysis.
* Prepare financial statements in compliance with FRS 102.
* Assist in the transfer of financial records to a new finance system.
* Have an understanding and oversight of junior team member's tasks.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in financial software systems such as Sage and advanced Excel skills, including database creation for data import/export.
* Strong background in financial reporting, management accounts, and budget variance analysis.
* Familiar with FRS 102.
* Comfortable with a fast-paced environment with ongoing changes to processes and system.
* Good communication and investigative skills.
Other:
* Limited staff parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
