The Stock Portfolio team focus on leading the delivery of L&Q’s asset management strategy. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of property disposals. You will undertake inspections and prepare properties for disposal. These will mainly be flat/leasehold and house/freehold disposals and you’ll also be supporting our project manager’s with their complex projects. You’ll be working closely with our auctioneers, agents, valuers and solicitors. Internally, we work closely with multiple departments including the asset information team, maintenance, and the neighbourhoods. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with a positive can-do attitude, who ideally has some knowledge of the residential conveyancing process. In return you will receive training and support from us and can develop a new skills set within development and sales. Reporting to the Head of Stock Portfolio, you will support them and the wider project team with the delivery of exciting, complex and challenging schemes. You’ll be involved in the management, delivery and internal reporting functions for the team and your attention to detail will help ensure the department’s projects proceed against the business plan.
