My client a law firm are looking to hire a HR Assistant on a permanent basis, paying up to £40,000. The role is based in London, and you would be required in the office 3 days a week.

Working in a small and collaborative team duties will include:
* Sending and receiving all new joiner documentation
* Organizing and issuing induction schedules
* Organise exit interviews for all leavers
* Assisting with lateral and graduate recruitment across the business
* Placing adverts and coordinating interviews
* Sending out recruitment tests when needed
* Maintaining and updating staff records
* Producing key HR reports
* Assisting with the monthly payroll process
* Act as a conduit between the firm and benefits providers regarding joiners and leavers
* Assist with course bookings and exam registrations
* Assist with coordinating the appraisal process
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-3 years recent experience in HR
* Experience using HR systems, ideally cascade
* Strong attention to details
