They supply quality plant equipment at very competitive prices. They are looking for Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their down to earth, fun team.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Role
3. Process and review invoices/credits for multi companies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
4. Perform data entry of invoices into the accounting system Insphire/Sage
5. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
6. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
7. Prepare and process payment runs.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries
9. Assisting with month end closing activities
Skills & Experience
10. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
12. Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Workday, or PeopleSoft
13. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
14. Knowledge of Sage and Excel
