Purpose of the job:
Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will compliance check and process all new business in accordance with company procedures and within agreed timescales. The candidate will liaise with central departments and assist with the maintenance of company records. They will support and work alongside the Quality Assurance Team and assist the Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Quality Assurance Executive in delivering Foster Denovo’s Client Services Proposition by providing high-quality administration and support service to high net worth clients and Senior Partners. This allows our Partners to focus on client relationships and developing new clients.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide a friendly and efficient service to all Partners and Client Experience Executives.
* Assist with the maintenance of the company’s office record-keeping systems (both electronic and manual).
* Compliance check and process all new business in accordance with company procedures and within agreed timescales.
* Respond to Clients (CEE) queries on new business, regarding Provider correspondence, ensuring compliance and correctness.
* Maintain central spreadsheets to assist with the provision of Management Information when required.
* Work with the Senior Quality Assurance Executive on post submission checks of business for our Partnership Business Units, providing relevant feedback where required.
* Ensure that data entered onto our database is accurate and complete.
* Provide admin/MI Reporting assistance to the Quality Assurance Manager & the Senior Quality Assurance Executive as required.
* Undertake any other duties commensurate with your grade, skills, and experience.
* Participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence, and development initiatives.
* Continuously meet the Regulator’s Fit & Proper requirements.
