Salary: £35,745 - £46,464 + Recruitment Bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children We Care For team. You will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who are living away from their family homes, helping them achieve permanence through adoption, special guardianships, and long-term fostering. You will also support care plans and prepare young people for adulthood.
In this role, you will:
Focus on positive outcomes for children and families using a relational, strengths-based approach
Engage and support families to make necessary changes through motivational interviewing
Hold a manageable caseload of no more than 18 children, ensuring you have the time and resources to offer meaningful support
Receive individual supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure your wellbeing and career growth
