FF&E Designer (Junior to Senior Level)
Location: Central London
Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on level of Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for FF&E Designers of all levels from: Junior FF&E Design, Mid-Weight FF&E Design or Senior FF&E Designers.
Package:
Salary: £34,000 - £70,000 p/annum

Duties:
1. Develop and deliver original, effective FF&E concepts in line with the creative brief
2. Assist with drawing production, ensuring adherence to the highest standards and templates
3. Lead internal team meetings and creative reviews, discussing concepts at appropriate project stages
4. Research, select, and collate appropriate finishes, furniture, fittings, and equipment to support the design
5. Coordinate and liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, local authorities, and other relevant personnel
6. Ensure quality control through regular site visits and progress recording
Requirements:
1. Degree Qualified in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture or a similar field
2. Junior FF&E Designer: min of 2 years industry experience
3. Mid-Level FF&E Designer: Approximately 4-6 years of experience in FF&E design roles
4. Senior FF&E Designer: Minimum 9 years of experience in FF&E design roles
5. Experience working in luxury Hospitality or Luxury Residential projects is required
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Fully proficient user of AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
9. A high-quality portfolio of previous projects
