Delivery Operations Manager - Bestway Southampton We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Operations Manager at our Southampton branch: Talbot Road, Off Stephenson Road, Segensworth South, Fareham, PO15 5RY Telephone: 01329 854200 Branch Information: https://www.bestwaywholesale.co.uk/depots/Batleys-Southampton As our Delivery Operations Manager, you will manage and co-ordinate all delivery operations of the depot including stock management, replenishment, marshalling and loading, ensuring the on-going achievement of depot KPI’s, targets and objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring that required activities and records related to the operation and maintenance of a fleet of vehicles are managed effectively Overseeing and maintaining our vehicle routing application (Paragon) for optimal results. Ensuring clear operational procedures exist and are followed Ensuring depot standards and quality metrics are met Organising and planning resources to ensure adequate cover against volume and demand. In addition, you’ll provide an excellent customer, colleague and stakeholder experience, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve results whilst acting as a champion for our Company Values.
