Based in Hemel Hempstead, UK, Vitry-sur-Seine, France, or Wiesbaden, Germany, you will lead the development and launch of innovative services, optimize existing offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work with cross-functional teams, utilizing your market expertise and data insights to define and refine service strategies, focusing on aftermarket opportunities and new product development. Developing service offerings for new products, identifying retrofit technologies, and crafting value propositions will be key responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Define commercial strategy for service products, aligning with company objectives.
* Monitor target markets, competitors, and pricing strategies.
* Translate customer feedback into service requirements.
* Identify growth opportunities via partnerships, M&A, new markets, and technologies.
* Maintain scope, features, and value propositions of offerings.
* Lead commercial development and product lifecycle management of new services.
* Set pricing strategies to maximize margins, revenue, and market share.
* Forge partnerships and optimize distribution channels, including digital platforms.
* Drive new service launches with marketing and communications teams.
* Monitor and optimize existing service performance.
* Contribute to forecasts and budgets with cross-functional teams.
* Support sales and marketing, leveraging installed base data and customer interactions.
* Contribute to business development and product development input.
About You
* Graduate qualification in business or technology, preferably with a master's degree.
* Proven experience in aftermarket products, service design, development, and marketing from concept to launch in B2B/B2G contexts.
* Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
* Knowledge of product management, marketing, program, and project management.
* Understanding of technology industries and maintenance solutions for complex engineered products.
* Change management and business improvement skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative track record.
* Excellent commercial acumen and international business development expertise.
* Ability to assess customer and market needs and craft compelling value propositions.
* Analytical decision-making skills and data proficiency.
