Key Responsibilities: Cold-calling candidates and clients to generate business and fill vacancies. Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs. Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement. Conducting interviews, coordinating client meetings, and providing support throughout the recruitment journey. Meeting and exceeding individual goals, with the opportunity to earn a competitive commission. What We’re Looking For: Sales Experience: Must have a proven background in cold-calling and telephone sales. Strong Sales Acumen: You’ll need to be results-driven, confident on the phone, and able to negotiate effectively. Healthcare Sector Knowledge: While knowledge of the healthcare sector is ideal, it is not essential. Recruitment/Resourcing Experience: Experience in recruitment or resourcing is a bonus, but not required. Full Driving License: Preferred, as there may be occasional travel required. No Sales Targets for the First Two Months: We believe in giving you the space to learn, grow, and settle into the role without the pressure of sales targets or thresholds during your probation period.
