To maintain an up to date Single Central Record. To coordinate agency cover for the College. To accurately monitor agency cover expenditure. Requirements: Appropriate professional qualification e.g. CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this or professional equivalent Proven experience in compliance and agency coordination. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
