An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager / Electrical Installations Manager to join a rapidly expanding team in the automotive sector.

This role is ideal for candidates with a natural career progression from electrician to supervisor/lead and now to site manager .
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing the electrical installation of large robotic production lines in Body In White (BIW) facilities, with expertise in working on Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) projects highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing day-to-day site activities.
Leading and supporting electrical installation teams.
Providing technical guidance, including interpreting Eplan drawings .
Managing site logistics, such as deliveries, toolbox talks, and health & safety compliance.
Acting as the key liaison between site teams, design teams, and customers, offering regular progress updates.
Tracking and monitoring project progress and assigning daily tasks.
Ensuring all materials and resources are in place for seamless operations.
Essential Requirements: Strong background in automotive production, specifically in Body In White (BIW) environments.
Experience managing teams of electrical installers.
Proficiency in Eplan drawings .
A minimum of three years’ experience in managing large-scale robotic production line electrical installations.
Flexibility to travel between sites based on project needs.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience on Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) projects.
Health & Safety qualifications.
Location & Travel: Based primarily in Birmingham, with projects located across various Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) sites in the Midlands and North West.
Travel between project sites is required, with travel time paid.
Accommodation and expenses covered for extended stays at project locations.
Flexibility to work on future UK and international projects, including potential assignments in Europe (Germany).
Benefits Package: Competitive salary: £55,000
- £65,000 per year plus paid overtime after 45 hours per week.
25 days holiday.
Employer pension contribution of 5%.
