Job Description
A PART TIME LETTING Negotiator is required for a busy Mid Sussex Letting Agent. You will be based in our Burgess Hill office.
This role will ideally suit a candidate with experience in all aspects of the Lettings industry which will include: Arranging and carrying out viewings, move in and out inventories, property visits, preparing various paperwork, as well as a variety of negotiator skills. The position will suit an organised and motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Job Duties include:
* Preparing check in inventories
* Attending check out inventories of properties and dealing with the return/dispute of the deposit
* Arranging and attending viewings
* Attending regular property visits
* Liaising regularly between the Landlords and tenants
* Your hours of work are: Flexible between Monday Friday. You will also be required to work some Saturdays, but entitled to then have a day off in the week.
Person Specification:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent telephone and face to face manner
* Confident in dealing with clients
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Able to multi task and prioritise workload
* Computer literate with a good knowledge of Word & Excel
* A full, clean UK driving licence and own car are essential
* We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate their previous experience as well as sales experience as you will be required to learn many aspects of the Letting industry.
