Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing & supply led business who support the construction industry. They are now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them at their offices in the East Leeds area.
Description
1. Provide direct leadership and support to between 5-8 FTE within a Customer Service Team.
2. Ensure customer orders are assigned and processed in line with service level agreements.
3. Ensure a world class level of service is provided to customers at all times.
4. Take ownership of any escalated customer issues.
5. Identify areas of process failure or under-performance, providing recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
6. Work closely with the wider business including production, logistics, sales, and finance.
7. Keep customers updated and informed with the status of their orders.
Profile
1. Experience in a similar customer service team leader/manager role.
2. Ability to manage and drive performance.
3. Customer focused.
4. Use of CRM systems (SAP desirable).
Job Offer
