We are working with a leading company in the industry that is dedicated to building a best-in-class team in medical aesthetics. They are now looking to add a Head of Marketing to drive their continued growth and success further.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing dynamic marketing initiatives that elevate the brand and drive tangible business results. As well as crafting coherent marketing strategies, executing targeted campaigns across platforms such as social media and sales automation, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and enhance overall business growth. Collaboration is key, and you’ll partner with UK leadership and both internal and external stakeholders to position the company as a leader and expert in the aesthetics field. They are seeking someone who is strategic, data-driven, and excels in aligning marketing and sales efforts to achieve success.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the UK marketing strategy to drive market demand, sales leads, and increase customer retention.
2. Oversee execution of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, tracking, reporting, and analysis, with a focus on promotional programs and new product introductions.
3. Manage the marketing budget in alignment with UK P&L.
4. Conduct market research on customer, brand, and product trends to inform strategic decisions.
5. Support sales and leadership teams through field visits, conventions, and tradeshows, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and post-event analysis.
6. Lead and supervise the marketing team, including recruitment, training, and development, ensuring a high-performing team.
7. Collaborate with sales channels to support strategic customer opportunities and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
1. Solid experience in Marketing leadership roles (5+ Years) within an Aesthetics business.
2. Demonstrated track record creating marketing campaigns, digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
3. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to obtain stakeholder buy-in on new, complex or challenging ideas.
4. Demonstrate exceptional ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on tactical expertise to the marketing team.
