We are looking for a Machine Setter to join our busy and growing organisation. The Machine Setter will set and run assets in the most efficient way and carry out daily checks and maintenance on the assets to ensure longevity. The hours of work are: Week 1 Monday to Thursday 06.00 - 14.15, Friday 06.00-12.00 Week 2 Monday to Thursday 14.15 - 22.00, Friday 12.00 - 18.00 Key responsibilities: Able to work from drawings/SOPs and instructions to complete tasks and inspect first offs. Operate agreed equipment in accordance with all instruction and guidelines, including health and safety. Adhere to any Personal Protective Equipment supplied as instructed in SSOW. Fix minor issues that may arise with the relevant assets and assist with troubleshooting when issues occur. Immediately notify Line Manager when issues occur that are not minor and cannot be resolved by yourself Input data into computer system (SAP) to record production information. Ensure that continuous production is maintained wherever possible. Undertake equipment inspection, maintenance, and cleaning in accordance with instructions. Carry out tasks within time limits.
