THE OPPORTUNITY:
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Wigston Leicester. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Customer Service Centre Advisor is the first point of contact to our customers via multiple channels such as Email, Telephone and Digital, supporting them with their prime needs whilst collaborating with our internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full time temporary on going position, Monday to Friday which offers a heavy hybrid model
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Being the first line telephone contact for incoming membership, training and booking enquiries* Respond to incoming calls and emails, taking ownership of the enquiry and advising customers on the membership structure, training courses, training products, workbooks and events - recording all enquiries and opportunities on the CRM system* Receiving and processing applications for memberships, training provider licensing, course results, certification processing and queries - updating customer records* Understand membership and training products to be able to talk to potential and existing customers about them, upselling as part of this process when necessary* Process subscription payments and resolve queries/objections where necessary by contacting members using the appropriate media to ensure payments and/or funds are properly processed.* Processing event bookings,...
