Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in the Barry area.
No previous teaching experience required!
Position Details:
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
* Location: Barry - Vale of Glamorgan
Role Responsibilities:
* Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Create a stimulating and positive learning environment where children can thrive.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with students.
* Ensure a safe and nurturing space for students to develop and grow.
* Offer constructive feedback to encourage students’ learning progress.
* Foster a child-centred approach to education.
* Manage potentially challenging behaviour with patience and understanding.
