About the Role
This is a customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be assisting with sales, answering calls, and managing bookings, alongside some admin and stock management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with sales and providing excellent customer service
2. Answering phone calls and booking in repairs
3. Contacting customers for ESET renewals
4. Using Xero for invoicing and expense tracking
5. Pricing and displaying stock
6. Filing and general administrative duties
7. Performing final checks on repaired and new PCs/laptops
8. Conducting stocktake at the end of the year
9. Booking appointments for customers

3. Ability to multitask and stay organised
4. Some experience with Xero (or a willingness to learn)
