Trust In Care is currently recruiting for a full time Care Coordinator Office Location: West Bromwich Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with occasional weekends Trust In Care is a Home Care company providing high quality care to individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Our care teams provide person centered care unique to each individual we care for. We provide care services across the Black Country and have a number of contracts with councils in our area. You will be joining a friendly and genuinely caring company that work as a team and provide flexibility with work life balance. Our services are available to people we support from 6.30am – 10.30pm 7 days per week. The Role: You will play a key role in the day to day running of the business You will be responsible to managing a team of carers A key aspect of the role is to put together care plans, carry out risk assessments and reviews for existing and new clients You will coordinate care for given areas and provide assistance to carers and clients Working with all stakeholders across health and social care to ensure people we care for are safe and well in their own environment have shared on call responsibility About you: Excellent communicator with a can do attitude and good people skills Good experience of using Microsoft office packages including word, excel and outlook Minimum 3 years experience of working in the care sector Minimum - Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care Qualified Previous experience of working in similar role and providing person centered care and support Knowledge of care planning and carrying out risk assessments in the home care setting Flexible and and willingness to go the extra mile Benefits Competitive pay (negotiable dependent on experience) Free training and Career development Regular incentives (Employee of the month) Flexible working All Care roles at Trust In Care are subject to satisfactory Right to Work Checks including Enhanced Disclosure Barring Checks.
