Job Title: Controlling Professional

Reports to: Head of Performance Controlling
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Controlling Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in Accounting or Finance, or be working towards them. This role supports the Head of Performance Controlling and plays a pivotal role in providing accurate reporting and supporting the company's financial goals. The candidate will also be key in our team's transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support month-end deliverables, including posting journals, reporting, forecasting, cost controlling, and balance sheet account reviews.
2. Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
3. Collaborate with other business areas to provide financial support and insights.
4. Manage the aged debt dispute process, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
5. Act as an interface for AR and AP queries and support the business with the resolution of exceptions.
6. Support transformation projects and process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field, with relevant qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA, or working towards them.
2. Experience in a finance environment with familiarity with month-end closing requirements and timetable.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective team player with clear communication skills.
