Taking influence from Constance Spry, our namesake, a pioneering figure in the early 20th century and creator of coronation chicken.
About the Role: As Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of a designated kitchen section, consistently delivering dishes of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee your designated kitchen section, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards.
* Ensure all preparation is completed efficiently and to the highest standard before every service.
* Monitor stock levels, control waste, and take responsibility for food quality.
* Maintain excellent cleanliness and organisation within your section, including fridge management.
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
* Follow all sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
* Take ownership of your section, mentoring junior team members and ensuring consistent quality.
