Responsibilities of a Primary SEN Teacher: Designing and delivering creative and individualised lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs. Supporting children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. Collaborating with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to ensure holistic student development. Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting strategies to ensure continuous improvement. Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students. Requirements for a Primary SEN Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience working with primary-age children with SEN. Excellent classroom management and organisational skills. Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
