Elevation Recruitment Group's HR Division is currently working with a leading engineering business in Leeds who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their growing HR Team due to the organisation’s recent organic growth and success.
As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager, who will mentor and support the right candidate and offer them a clear progression plan. This is a fully generalist role, with a focus on Employee Relations. As a HR Advisor, your day-to-day duties will include:
* Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
* ER related matters including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals
* Managing the Employee Life Cycle – Assisting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding
* Updating people policies, procedures, and handbook
* HR Reporting to provide regular updates to the Senior Leadership team
* Supporting with recruitment needs where required including advertising and CV sifting
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
* 1-2 years experience within a Human Resources role
* A strong understanding of employment legislation
