What you'll do As the Customer Planning Manager for Sainsbury's Marketing Planning & Propositions division, you will play a pivotal role in developing and driving brand plans for the Argos and Habitat brands. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of 3-year brand plans, obtaining stakeholder input and alignment, answering key strategic brand questions, and collaborating with various teams to develop a customer plan that aligns with business priorities and delights customers. You will work closely with insight to develop customer strategies, drive prioritisation through annual 'jobs to do', and use inflight insight to anticipate risks and opportunities for plan adjustments. Additionally, you will lead strategic PIRs, collaborate with trade planning and commercial teams, and maintain alignment with stakeholders through forum updates, contributing to the success and growth of the Argos and Habitat brands.
