Your Mission:
Are you a proactive professional with a knack for support in the wider project controls team? Join our team as a Project Controller and play a key role in our project's success!
Join a dynamic team dedicated to developing and maintaining vital Defence infrastructures. As the Project controls support you will support the successful implementation of the Programme Management Plans and ensure that all Stakeholders involved in the process are kept up to date with the progress of all project plans. The role will be varied and support a person who is wanting to expand their career and knowledge in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Implementation: Help implement and continually review the Programme Plans and report to the team on Risk.
* Update Change Register: Keep the Change Register current, accurately reflecting the status of changes within the project.
* Monitor Projects: Track all project changes to close-out, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
* Support project controls Committee: Assist in managing the Change/project controls Committee.
* Present Metrics: Regularly present change metrics to the Senior Project Team.
* Identify Trends: Establish and highlight trends for senior team review.
* Liaise with Stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
* Review Project Portfolio: Conduct regular reviews of the Project Portfolio on the Contract Management Software Package.

* Knowledge of project controls principles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in building strong relationships, with the ability to challenge and influence others.
* Collaborative, resilient, and accountable for delivering targets.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Commercially astute with project management familiarity.
