Key Duties
1. Ensuring the customer’s needs are met on time to the required standards, while striving to exceed their expectations.
2. Working as part of the Sales team, providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
3. Problem-solving in a methodical manner while ensuring all parties are kept updated.
4. Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional and timely fashion, both on the phone and by email.
5. Processing customer orders and providing accurate quotes.
6. Spotting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to other areas of the business.
7. Being a self-motivated team player who is passionate about their work with a “can do” attitude.
8. Having a hands-on approach as the working day will be varied.
9. Exhibiting excellent customer service and communication skills.
10. Being enthusiastic and hardworking.
11. Being personable.
Nice To Have
1. Experience within the environmental, waste, or chemical industry would be an advantage but not necessarily essential to the right candidate.
