About us:
The Compensation Analyst Sr participates in strategic conversations and decision-making activities around all compensation activities to add value, consistency and best practices. They also actively participate in complex projects and contribute to the planning, design and delivery of Compensation administration across EMEA and contribute to global compensation projects/assignments.
The Compensation Analyst Sr works closely with leaders, managers and HR teammates around the execution of the Global Compensation philosophy, strategy, policies and procedures. They support wider HR strategies which guide stakeholders in delivering change and driving teammate satisfaction to ultimately increase sales of Insight’s solutions and services and decrease overall attrition.
Working closely with the global HR community, the Compensation Analyst Sr connects with relevant parties to cascade information, manage project tasks and actions, and ensure projects or programs align to strategic objectives, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and are successfully delivered.
Key responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Strategic Planning
* In conjunction with the Senior Manager Compensation, support the delivery of the global compensation strategy across EMEA and other global regions. Optimise its overall effectiveness by driving consistency, coordinating the appropriate resources, and assuring total execution against the wider HR strategy.
* Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders through the provision of sound, credible professional advice, also establish and maintain trusted relationships with HR, leaders, management and teammates globally to collaborate with them on assigned tasks.
* Participate with projects around strategic remuneration, reward strategy, job architecture, and compensation policy.
Compensation
* Conduct market analysis, maintain compensation structures and maintain geographic zone data.
* Scope of compensation support is EMEA (including Eastern Europe and Middle East) and other global regions as assigned.
* Evaluate job duties and responsibilities, classify job status and determine salary grade.
* Administer compensation surveys and use the data to analyze competitive salary information to determine the company’s competitive position.
* Manage and administer data in all compensation systems:
o Compensation SharePoint portal
o MTC data tables
o Market benchmarking applications and vendor market databases
* Manage assigned global programs such as Variable Pay Request process, CIP administration, Pay Equity and/or annual merit process.
* Complete Gender pay gap reporting.
* Provide clear advice and guidance to stakeholders during the regional deployment of programs including the annual salary planning/merit increase process, salary benchmarking, variable pay and other incentives, also ensure alignment with goals and budget.
* Partner with local HR teams and leaders, to review existing Compensation practices also assess compliance matters and offer guidance on key subject areas.
* Provide oversight and guidance to the HR teammates responsible for administering Compensation strategies.
* Develop and document compensation procedures to streamline processes.
* Develop and utilize data, analytics and reporting to proactively inform and support business decisions and business strategies.
* Complete various compensation projects including but not limited to acquisition integrations, process improvement initiatives, grade analysis, and strategic initiatives.
* Manage and oversee the wider impact of new job architecture frameworks including the impact to compensation, HRBPs, and HRIS.
* Work closely with other HR COEs and participate in and advise European Works Councils, teammate consultative forums and other committees to provide advice and guidance related Compensation, organisation design, and variable pay related matters.

Key skills and experience required:
* Previous experience of working pan EMEA in Compensation, HR Business Partner, or similar capacity.
* Educated to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent work experience.
* Elevated level of written and spoken English. Responsible, trustworthy, keen and ambitious. Other language ability.
* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office 365 (such as Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint). An understanding and experience of the design and implementation of new business processes. Conversant on MS Power BI.
* Advanced knowledge of compensation principles and disciplines including an overview of EU pay directive principles and an empathy with the complexities and nuances of European Labour Law.
* Holds relevant professional Compensation, Human Resources or Project Management qualification, accreditation and or certification.
* Ability to facilitate cultural change within a complex organisation.
* Experience of working at a senior level, ability to influence and advise on policy and strategy.
* Demonstrates the ability to deal with ambiguity effectively and a high level of resilience when dealing with setbacks and challenges.
* Ability to understand business priorities and activities, and resolve conflicting demands for the same resources.
* Exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
* Excellent reasoning and problem-solving skills demonstrate the ability to analyse data and from that draw sound, actionable insights.
* Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to advise, influence and generate confidence, trust, and respect.
* Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to an audience.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to advise, influence, and cultivate confidence, trust, and respect among diverse stakeholders.
* Highly proficient in public speaking and adept at delivering impactful presentations to various audiences.
