SLH Consult are partnering our client a national contractor who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager for there West Midlands Branch. The client specialise in various refurbishment works across the UK, including VOIDS, local authority housing, and MOD works etc The successful candidate would need to be currently working within the refurbishment sector either as a seasoned Project Manager looking to take the next step into Contracts Manager position or is currently working as a Contracts Manager looking to move into a stable business with ample works which will provide long term stability and a great team based environment. You will be required to managed multiple projects and teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, you must be able to liaise with clients, and be able to program jobs, and allocate manpower whilst maintaining the companies collaborate and team based approach. The position would offer an competitive salary comprising of a basic salary car or allowance, bonus, health care and favourable pension scheme. Ideally the client is looking for a permanent candidate but would consider the a Candidate on a temp to perm basis subject to the candidates circumstances
