As an Engineering Team Manager, you will provide a comprehensive and professional engineering support service for the Steriles Business Unit (SBU) to meet the business & regulatory needs of the department, with responsibility for all engineering activities associated with the production process. The successful candidate will manage a team of shifted based engineering technicians as per the key roles below.
In this role you will…
1. Be responsible for the management and supervision of the Engineering team and contractors.
2. Accountable for implementation and planning of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and Quality policy improvements.
3. Responsible for engineering customer for small-scale projects and continuous performance improvements aligned with objectives and KPIs.
4. Prepare and review Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and reports using MERPS.
5. Communicate details of customer service, maintenance, and shutdown requirements to the business schedule planning forum, along with additional duties as defined by the Engineering Operations Manager.
6. Deviation ownership and management including DMAIC.
7. Oversight of change manage process within the area.

1. Significant experience working in cGMP or other highly regulated operational engineering or project delivery team.
2. Experience leading, supporting and managing small teams.
3. Experience supporting revenue/capital projects within a complex, highly regulated operational area.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
1. Hold a degree in an engineering discipline (or working towards).
2. Project management and leading improvement activities, initiating and taking ownership of ideas.
