About the team and role
The Transport Entitlement Support Officer role sits within the Transport Delivery Group of Warwickshire County Council. The team is responsible for the delivery of home to school transport, adult social care transport, and subsidised public transport networks within Warwickshire.
This role will be critical in providing support and guidance to families and assisting the team in providing the most efficient service.
Key Requirements
* Assisting the Eligibility and Entitlement team to process applications and appeals for Home to School Transport.
* Provide clear and consistent customer liaison.
* Data input and organisation.
Additional Information
The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
