Job Description:
Are you passionate about health, safety, and driving a positive culture? As a HSE Advisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining legislative compliance while embedding best practices across the site. You’ll help lead a site-wide growth project, ensuring that safety is at the core of everything as operations expand. The HSE Advisor will shape strategies, track performance, and deliver engaging initiatives to drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
The HSE Advisor will also work with teams across the business to coach, engage, and build capability, promoting a ‘Zero Loss Mentality’. From legal compliance to long-term safety culture development, this is a role with real impact.
Skills & Experience:
To succeed as a HSE Advisor, you should bring:

2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
*
NEBOSH Certificate (minimum), with a desire to achieve NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (support provided)
*
Strong working knowledge of HSE regulations and practices
*
Effective coaching, training, and communication skills across all levels
*
Passion for professional development and safety-led culture change
*
Ability to track HSE performance indicators and implement improvements
