An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join a leading Facilities Management company, overseeing trades personnel on a large government contract. If you have a strong background in people management, facilities management, and general trade/technical experience, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Line management of trades personnel, ensuring high standards of work and compliance.
* Oversee day-to-day operations across a large government contract.
* Drive team performance, maintain morale, and ensure efficient task completion.
* Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in facilities management and team leadership.
* Solid technical or trade background.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Car or Car Allowance (£3,500)
