Accounts Assistant required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity working for a small but well established business based in West Bromwich with a view to start immediately. You will be working as part of a long standing finance team and be responsible for:
1. Raising invoices
2. Allocating cash
3. Reconciling bank accounts
4. Chasing a portfolio of key customer accounts for overdue payments
5. Updating WIP reports
6. Processing CIS invoices
7. Cashbook posting
8. Expenses
9. Assisting with any other ad hoc finance duties
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts assistant looking for a new and exciting role. You will ideally have a strong background in both accounts receivable & accounts payable and have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be required to work with other departments outside of finance. You must also be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other computerised accounting software.
