We’re partnering with a leading tech client to find a Human Resources Business Partner, based in Cheltenham. This role involves providing strategic and operational HR support, driving key initiatives, and collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals while ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Engineering Leadership, CFO, and Sales Leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Lead the automation of HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
* Conduct a comprehensive review of HR policies to ensure best practices and compliance.
* Manage complex employee relations cases, providing strategic guidance and resolution.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies across all operations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
