You will also need to be: Qualified to Level 4 or above in providing financial advice and ideally working towards Level 6 Chartered Status A Wealth/Financial Planner with a minimum of 1 years’ experience of managing your own clients. Experienced at delivering compliant, tailored financial advice to high-net-worth clients. Self-disciplined and focused with the resilience, motivation and tenacity to respond to challenges in a positive way. Motivated to understand and engage with Succession’s corporate objectives and cultural values. An effective team player and leader and able to recognise the value of support teams in delivering great client outcomes. Knowledgeable regarding the UK regulatory system, particularly those aspects relevant to Financial Services. Committed to your own professional development and regularly undertaking CPD and keeping up to date with industry issues and developments.
