Red Recruitment is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor based in Gravesend to join our client, a thriving established insurance broker.
You will be working within a small team assisting the HR Manager with all HR-related tasks and responsibilities. Previous experience in HR is required.
The salary for this position is up to £35,000 per annum and is a full-time, hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities of a HR Advisor:
* Assisting the HR Manager and comms team on employee engagement initiatives
* Creating an employer brand and assisting the recruitment team to achieve key goals
* Assisting the wider business with HR issues, challenges, and everyday matters
* Using HR information systems to gather people data and insights
* Working with the management team to monitor overall colleague experience, identifying areas of improvement
Key Skills and Experience of a HR Advisor:
* Previous HR experience including HR Administration and Recruitment is required
* Experience dealing with investigations and disciplinaries
* Being IT literate is essential for this role
* Open, confident, and passionate personality who can work with colleagues of all levels
* HR Qualification is preferred but not essential
