Join us to shape and grow our expanding social care division The Role As Branch Manager, you'll be essential in driving the success of our social care branch. You'll guide a motivated team, build and maintain strong client relationships, and lead efforts to increase recruitment targets and hours delivered. Additionally, you'll help cultivate a positive, high-performance team culture focused on support, collaboration, and staff retention. Key Responsibilities Business Growth: Spearhead branch expansion with innovative strategies, tender management, contract negotiations, and by securing long-term business through preferred supplier lists. Client Relationships: Enhance and nurture client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service to maintain trust and excellence. Team Culture: Build a motivated and high-performing team, running regular meetings and supervisions to drive continuous improvement and meet recruitment targets. Staff Retention: Develop creative strategies to retain high-quality agency staff, supporting consultants in carrying out these initiatives. Performance Reporting: Provide monthly reports to Directors and present quarterly updates to Senior Management on branch growth, performance, and team progress. What You Bring Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment with a solid understanding of the social care sector, including temporary, permanent, and temp-to-perm staffing solutions. Leadership Skills: Skilled at managing, motivating, and developing teams to meet and exceed recruitment goals. Client-Focused Approach: Strong relationship-building abilities and a client-centric approach to foster long-term partnerships. Creative Retention Initiatives: Experience in creating and implementing effective retention and engagement strategies. Commercial Awareness: Sharp commercial acumen and an ability to spot new growth opportunities and understand industry trends.
