Key Responsibilities
* Supervision and Training: recruit, train, and supervise catering team members, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback
* Quality Control: monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
* Logistics Management: coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies, overseeing the flow of events
* Customer Service: foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
* Previous experience commensurate with role, with a contagious passion for food and customer service
* Excellent organisational abilities, high attention to detail, and concise verbal and written communication
* Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective, working according to BaxterStorey core values
