The base
You'll be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. It has high standards and international reputation, without being in the city: a big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different. We support our offices by using cutting edge software and hardware and our spacious campus facilities mean there's a great working environment for the team. With an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gym, our campus has much to offer. And commuters can relax on our dedicated regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham's main line train station.
What you'll do
1. Support the Business Support Manager and other Key Stakeholders across the business with the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management information.
2. Assume ownership and accountability of information collection and production.
3. Work to support colleagues across Operations.
4. Review trends and collaborate across departments to facilitate improvements to operational processes and procedures.
5. Develop and enhance Management Information through automated solutions using software such as Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
6. Assist the Business Support Manager with Ad-Hoc projects and tasks.
7. Take a proactive approach to meetings with active participation and contributions.
8. Build and administer Management Information dashboards through the Power BI service with a key focus on data protection and information security.
9. Support the Business Support Manager with formal procedure updates relating to applicable procedures.
10. Support the Business Support Manager in the delivery of Management Information supporting regulatory and contractual obligations such as Consumer Duty and Vulnerable Clients.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
1. 5 GCSE's including Math's & English or equivalent.
2. 2 A levels or equivalent.
3. Advanced experience of Microsoft Excel reporting and manipulation.
4. Experience in Power BI dashboard development across numerous data sources with a working knowledge of DAX coding.
5. Experience in gathering business requirements to achieve reporting objectives.
6. Exceptional attention to detail.
7. Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Outstanding numeracy and literacy skills.
10. Confident user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
11. Working knowledge and understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority and regulation relating to Platform Services.
12. IMC, studying towards ACII would be beneficial.
13. Experience working with SQL, Power Automate and Power Apps would be beneficial.
