If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you I’m exclusively recruiting for a fantastic Blackpool-based business looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll provide essential admin and operational support to ensure the sales team runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Sales Support Lead and other departments, helping the team focus on clients and drive growth. Enjoy 4 days a week with the added flexibility of working from home one day, all within a relaxed, supportive, and friendly team environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders and managing customer accounts. Handle customer queries, resolving issues quickly and professionally over the phone and via email. Maintain and update retailer spreadsheets, ensuring accurate product and sales information. Use online portals to manage product listings and sales data. Investigate order discrepancies and liaise with warehouses and logistics partners to resolve delays or shortages. Manage incoming calls, ensuring a friendly and efficient customer experience. Oversee the customer service inbox, responding to queries promptly. Assist with marketing tasks and provide support at trade shows, including welcoming visitors and merchandising products. Required Skills: Experience using Sage and Microsoft Excel is essential. You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, analysing data, and ensuring accuracy. Strong administration and customer service skills, with high attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure, solve problems, and handle difficult situations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships. In Return: You’ll be well looked after in this role Paying up to £25,000 (pro-rata) along with a Christmas bonus and the potential to earn a 10% bonus based on KPIs. You’ll also benefit from: A generous pension (5% from you, 9% from the company) after your 3-month probation. 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pro-rated for part-time hours, with 4-5 days saved for the Christmas break.
