EMI Seals & Gaskets Ltd are a Global Design and Manufacturing Company.
We are an innovative AS 9100 certified Seals, Gaskets, Shielding and Thermal Products Manufacturer based in Lymington Hampshire. We design, develop and manufacture products for global applications to many industries including Defence, Aerospace, Hazardous Area, Marine, Automotive, Renewable Energy and EV, along with many other Industries. We work very closely alongside our clients to design and develop innovative cutting-edge solutions, whilst maintaining the highest environmental and quality standards.
Due to our ongoing expansion program, EMI Seals and Gaskets Ltd are looking for a Sales Manager to join our friendly team. Experienced in implementing sales strategies and has an ability to build relationships with clients to deliver the best possible service along with achieve sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Seals, Gaskets, Shielding and Thermal products manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Develop and accomplish strategic sales/revenue objectives, strategies, tactics and plans for B2B.
• Working to fully support our existing clients.
• Responding promptly to customer interest/enquiries generated to maintain momentum, leading to closure.
• Assist in the order processing and updating on our ERP System.
• Regular and open communication with the team regarding progress on objectives, quotation follow ups.
• To assist in managing growth and retain existing accounts and uncover opportunities.
• Work to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Execute the actions of sales using CRM and ERP tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues in sales and marketing to build and maintain client accounts.
• Ensuring our clients are fully informed with the latest technology, products, and high standards that our company has to offer.
• Attend trade industry events if required.
• Follow company processes and procedures.
Key Requirements.
• Experience in the Seals, Gaskets, Shielding and Thermal Products.
• Evidence of sales skills and client-focussed approach.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• A passion for results.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Execute the actions of sales using CRM and ERP tools.
• Confident, pleasant telephone manner.
• The ability to work as part of a team or as an individual.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Full Driving License and Eligibility to Work in the UK.

Salary: to be discussed depending on applicant experience. Excellent renumeration and opportunity.
