This is to join our established intensive support Keeping Families Together service. The successful candidate will be fundamental in supporting the Team Manager in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Keeping Families Together service. The service supports children and their families for a period of up to 12 weeks offering intensive support from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm and at weekends as required.
The team apply a solution focused systemic approach to working with all family members to support them in positively changing the way they function as a family and support the family to address practical issues which may aggravate and contribute to their current situation.
