We're looking for a motivated full-time Product Coordinator to join our growing team. Working closely with our Operations and Design heads on all aspects of the product journey from development & sample fitting, through the entire production process & beyond to help us create & deliver exceptional product.
A sound knowledge and experience working with knitwear and jersey products is essential.
You'll have a real can-do, hands-on approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key tasks include:
* Product development – support with supplier sourcing packs and maintain sampling tracker. Create and maintain central seasonal range plan giving visibility to the wider team. Assist with creating clear specification Design Tech packs for all products and support with supplier communication throughout the development process.
* Production – support with raw material purchasing and delivery. Prepare samples for fit meetings and support technically throughout the fit process, assisting with grading & Design Tech pack updates ensuring clear & accurate communication to suppliers. Support throughout the production process to achieve quality standards and deliver product to meets expectations.
* Post-production – support with QC of bulk orders & on time deliveries. Assist with organising cost effective & efficient transportation of bulk orders from supplier to Fulfilment Centre through clear communication to all parties. Assist with informative product information around fit and styling to help inform customers while purchasing through our sales channels.
* Critical Path – assist with ensuring all product development, production & post-production deadlines are met in line with the seasonal critical path. Support with continually working to optimise leadtimes while maintaining product design and technical standards and meeting product launch dates.
* Trims, labels and packaging – assist with sourcing, purchasing, supplier communication and managing stock levels of all components, ensuring competitive pricing and on time delivery whilst always enhancing the product.
* Data – collate & analyse sales data and customer returns. Share key findings & conclusions to support future decision making.
* Fulfilment Centre – communicate and support with delivery & dispatch of stock both internally and externally, always ensuring efficiency and clarity. Uploading Packing Lists and create Sales Orders with accuracy & speed guaranteeing no delays to stock moves.
* Customer returns – support with detailed analysis of customer feedback and returns to identify any key concerns & lessons learnt. Continuously work both internally and with our supply base to develop better practices to reduce our returns rate. Assisting with reprocessing faulty stock keeping our ‘written off’ stock level to a minimum.
This is a full time role, based in the Navygrey Studio at least three days a week. We offer 25 days holiday a year + Bank Holidays. For further details about the salary, please contact us directly.
